We recommend booking as soon as possible, especially during peak season (December-April). For the best selection of yachts and dates, book at least 2-4 weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings are sometimes available, but options may be limited.

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Zelle, bank wire transfers, and cash. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due before departure.
Most charters include a professional captain and crew, open bar with premium spirits, snacks or meals (depending on duration), snorkeling equipment, paddleboards, and fuel. Yachts over 45ft typically include a full open bar and onboard chef services.
Most yachts over 45 feet include an open bar, snacks, and light meals. Full-day charters typically include lunch prepared by an onboard chef. Custom catering options are available upon request. Please confirm specific inclusions when booking.
Yes! Snorkeling equipment is included on most vessels. We provide masks, snorkels, and fins in various sizes. Premium yachts may also include wetsuits and underwater cameras.
Yes, all yachts in our fleet over 40 feet are equipped with air conditioning in the interior cabins and salon areas. This ensures your comfort even on the warmest Cabo days.
Jet Skis are not typically included with yacht or catamaran charters. However, they can be rented separately at Medano Beach and arranged to meet your yacht during the charter if requested in advance.
Most yachts over 50 feet offer Wi-Fi connectivity, though signal strength may vary depending on your location at sea. We recommend downloading any content you need before departure.
Absolutely! Children are welcome aboard our charters. We provide life jackets for all ages and our crew is experienced in ensuring families have a safe and enjoyable experience. We recommend supervision for children under 12 at all times.
All our yachts are fully licensed, insured, and equipped with the latest safety technology including life jackets, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, emergency beacons, and communication equipment. Our crews are certified in first aid and emergency procedures.
No special license or experience is required. Our charters are fully crewed with professional captains who handle all navigation and operations. You simply relax and enjoy the experience!
Popular destinations include the iconic El Arco (Land's End), Lover's Beach, Santa Maria Bay, Chileno Bay Marine Reserve, and Pelican Rock. For full-day charters, we can also visit more distant locations like Cabo Pulmo (additional time required).
Yes! Swimming and snorkeling are highlights of most charters. Your captain will select the best spots based on conditions and your preferences. Chileno Bay and Santa Maria Bay are favorites for snorkeling.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the charter receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations are rescheduled or fully refunded.
Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your charter or provide a full refund. Light rain doesn't typically affect charters, and some of the best sailing happens with a bit of cloud cover!
Gratuity for the crew is not included in the charter price. A tip of 15-20% is customary and greatly appreciated by our hardworking crew members who strive to make your experience exceptional.
